Commercial real estate services firm Avison Young has appointed Sam Orwin MAPM from Gleeds as MD of its London project management team. Orwin has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, having worked as head of London project management at Gleeds and other roles at Cushman and Wakefield and LendLease.
Orwin will lead the project management team in Avison Young’s London office and further strengthen the firm’s established reputation in the region.
This appointment is part of the company’s broader initiative to create a more unified offering in London. Earlier this year, the company welcomed Steven Mason to lead its project management business.
