US-based ERP provider Unanet has entered the UK market for the first time, launching its construction-focused CRM platform through a new partnership with Algorithms Software UK, developer of the Xpedeon construction ERP system.

The agreement makes Unanet’s CRM for architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) firms available to UK contractors and consultants via an authorised reseller arrangement. The two platforms will integrate to give users a connected view from early opportunity through to project delivery, linking front-end business development with finance, operations and project controls.

By combining Unanet’s sector-specific CRM with Xpedeon’s ERP capabilities across back-office, site and supply chain, AEC firms will be able to manage bids, proposals and client relationships, while also tracking project and pipeline performance in real time. The vendors say the integration is aimed at breaking down silos between business development, operations and finance, and supporting data-driven decision-making around growth and profitability.

Craig Halliday, Unanet CEO, said the move was “an important milestone” in the company’s long-term international strategy, positioning its construction CRM offering for the first time in the UK and other overseas markets. “Together, we can offer an end-to-end pipeline to profitability solution,” he said.

Janak Vakharia, group CEO at Algorithms Software, added that expanding Xpedeon’s ecosystem with Unanet CRM would give customers “a single, connected experience from opportunity through to delivery – empowering smarter decision-making, more predictable growth and better performance at scale.”

Unanet already serves thousands of AEC customers across North America and says the UK launch positions it to better support multinational firms running projects across multiple regions.
