Property consultancy firm JLL has announced two significant appointments to strengthen its South West region project management and cost management teams.
Henry Blunden has been appointed as the new director of cost management for the South region. Bringing more than two decades of industry experience, Blunden returns to JLL after previously working with the company’s London cost management team from 2010 to 2015. In his new role, Blunden will be based across Bristol and Exeter, focusing on enhancing JLL’s regional cost management function in the South West.
Helen James joins as an associate in the Bristol project management team, bringing 18 years of industry experience to the role. James has spent the last seven years as a project manager, with previous positions at Gleeds and engineering firms such as Hydrock and Aecom.
Barnaby Dodwell, head of JLL’s South Project & Cost Management team, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Henry and Helen to our team. Their combined experience of nearly four decades in the industry will significantly enhance our capabilities in the South region.”
