Stellarmann appoints Sam Rudge as sales director

Sam Rudge

Technology and business transformation delivery partner, Stellarmann, has appointed Sam Rudge as its new sales director, as the company seeks to increase its turnover to £50m over the next three years.

Rudge will develop the company’s outcome-based IT and business change management consultancy service. He will also be responsible for building relationships with customers in the financial services, insurance and public sector industries, while exploring new opportunities in complementary sectors.

Formerly managing director of Dukebridge Partners, Rudge has more than a decade of experience in supporting change programmes with both public sector organisations and multinational businesses operating in the banking, big tech, pharmaceutical and energy industries.

His new role will see him lead Stellarmann’s commercial offering as the company helps more companies to deploy solutions in areas such as information security, cyber resilience, cloud computing, data management and AI.

The appointment is part of a wider management change which will also see Stellarmann co-founder and director Will Larcombe adopt a more strategic development role within the business.

Rudge said, “Stellarmann’s all-star team mentality is embedded right across the organisation and I’m thrilled to be joining the company at such an exciting time of growth.”

“So many companies find themselves encumbered by obstacles such as legacy infrastructure, systems or harnessing their data”, he added, “This can often inhibit their ability to quickly deploy next-generation technologies. Stellarmann has a proven track record in helping businesses seize new opportunities and accelerate the IT and business changes they need to go through. I look forward to working with more organisations to help them overcome their challenges and realise their goals.”

In addition to Rudge’s appointment, Stellarmann has also strengthened its marketing team with the appointment of Lydia Smith as inbound marketing manager. Lydia will work closely with the sales team to establish and nurture relationships within the financial services and insurance sectors.

Based in London and Brighton, Stellarmann employs more than 30 operational staff and works with 150+ associates who deliver enterprise-wide business and digital transformation projects for organisations across the insurance, financial services and public sectors.
