Institute for Educational and Social Equity announces new Level 7 diploma in strategic leadership, change and innovation

The Institute for Educational and Social Equity (IESE) has announced the accreditation of its Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership, Change and Innovation by NCFE. 

Based in Huddersfield, IESE is the UK’s only autonomous specialist equity, diversity and inclusion institute, working with organisations to embed EDI into their culture and practice.

The newly accredited programme is designed for senior leaders and aspiring leaders across all industries. It emphasises practical application and includes modules on organisational culture and change, leading culturally diverse teams and workforce, strategic leadership and innovation, leadership roundtable and an institution-focused change project.

IESE director Professor Paul Miller said: “This programme offers theory combined with practice-based case studies, frameworks for understanding organisational culture, and tools for leading change. Leaders from all sectors will benefit from this programme, enhancing outcomes and experiences for stakeholders.”

Programmes manager Katie Morigi added, “The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical application equips learners with vital skills to drive organisational change.”

Registration for the programme begins on Friday, August 2, 2024
